Finally, it’s 2019.
Winter is my time. Through the months of January till March I focus on work, intense exercise, getting fit and taking time to just relax with loved ones.
2018 was a peaceful year. I travelled to a few countries, became a vegan, started my beauty blog and just focused on work.
This winter I will focus on getting better at yoga as I practice yoga 5x a week and do cardio 6x a week. I’m trying to finally get in better shape as I also turned 30 in 2018.
The highlights of 2018 include visiting Spain with a group of friends, travelling to Paris with my partner and also going to Punta Cana with friends. The drinking got out of control at times as all we wanted to do is have fun.
Make a list of things you want to accomplish in the first quarter of 2019, break them down into small achievable goals and get started!
