I received a journal from My Therabox May 2019 box and I thought it was a perfect time, just to start the month of June with a journal to keep track of my productivity.

Since I work from home it’s easy to get distracted with music, videos and time wasting but I started writing my daily tasks down and it’s been a big help to stay more productive.

1. Write down your daily tasks for two days in advance.
Once I make my to-do list it’s easier to keep track of what needs to be done.

2. Write daily positive notes and messages to stay motivated.

3. By the end of the day write down what you were most grateful for.

4. Stay organized. It’s easier to be aware of what needs to be done.
